The owner’s desire was to offer the community a competitive lap pool and a pool for small children. Our design team developed a layout which accommodated both pools safely into one body of water eliminating the need for a segregated fenced in children’s pool.

The Velocity Condominiums are located just blocks from the US Capitol. This project which featured a rooftop pool on the 14th floor was completed in June 2009. The pool included a 2’ raised wall with a brick veneer. The wall was capped with a 24” x 48” custom precast colored stone. The waterline was tiled utilizing a glass tile and the interior surface was finished with white plaster.
