These modern looking shade structures provide more than adequate relief from the hot sun. The project included pre-construction design consultation with the General Contractor, Grayson Homes.

The Parke at Mount Washington, Baltimore, MD

This project included a large lap pool and beach entry wading pool located in a luxurious single family home community in Historic Mount Washington. The site for this pool and clubhouse was literally cut into the down slope of a hill with Tennis courts located at the top and houses located below.

Special construction machinery and techniques were required during construction to remove rock from the excavation. The project included consultation during the design phase direct with the owner, Beazer Homes. The project is valued at $350,000.

Canal Run, Point of Rocks, MD

Located in Historic Point of Rocks, MD, the Canal Run pool was developed entirely by our design team. The owner’s desire was to offer the community a competitive lap pool and a pool for small children. Our design team developed a layout which accommodated both pools safely into one body of water eliminating the need for a segregated fenced in children’s pool.

This ultimately freed up sufficient free deck space required for a pool of its size. This unique design included a large 12” deep area off of the shallow end corner of the lap pool section. A raised wall and small staircase separated the two sections. Commercial grade cartridge filters were utilized to meet EPA discharge regulations. The project was completed May 2010.

The Courts of Huntington Station

A moderate-sized pool located in a landscaped courtyard, you would never expect that it sits atop an underground parking garage. There were numerous challenges during construction due to extremely limited access and design changes required during construction to accommodate the configuration of the parking garage.

This pool includes Polaris Mini Jets in each corner that are synchronized to arc into the exact same spot in the center of the pool. The project included design consultation direct with the owner Home Properties. Bozzuto Construction was the General Contractor; the project was completed November 2010.

TownePlace Suites

The TownePlace Suites is one of the first hotels built in an area now bustling with hotel construction in anticipation for the arrival of the casino. The outdoor pool and spa are laid out in a quiet relaxed setting. This project included a simple design with standard equipment and finishes.

The pool and spa are both gunite structures. Both pool and spa are heated for extended seasons. The project was completed in October 2008.
